Before you send us an email regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges please read everything below. If you still want to send us an email do not forget to include YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
RETURNS: REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept full refunds if you notify us you want a refund up until 15 business days after your package is delivered (according to the tracking). The 15 days includes the day it was delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We accept exchanges (different style, size, item) or store credit up until 30 days after delivery. See requirements for refunds and exchanges below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Sale and collaboration (i.e. the vendor is non-Shop Betches ex: Kings of Cole) items are non-refundable or returnable. They are final sale.
Phone cases, Shower Curtains, Wall Art can only be returned for exchange if visibly damaged. Photos are required. No refunds at the moment.

TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
1. Read our policy. Are you eligible for a refund or exchange? If yes, continue below. If you are not sure, email us at email@example.com
2. Circle REFUND or EXCHANGE as well as THE ITEM you are sending back to us on your packing slip.
3. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your ORDER NUMBER confirming your return. Please give us your name, your order number, and what you are sending back to us. If you want a refund let us know, if you wish to exchange tell us for which item and we will tell if you it is possible and/or in stock.
4. Once you have done all of the above you may send your item AND YOUR PACKING SLIP (if you lost your packing slip, include any piece of paper in your package that clearly states your name and order number and whether you are returning for an exchange or refund). Shipping address below:

FOR A REFUND (15 days):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be refunded for everything except shipping. Unless you are canceling your item before it is shipped in which case you must email us immediately that you wish to cancel and we will refund you for your item and shipping.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
FOR EXCHANGES (30 days):
If you wish to exchange for a size or style or you want something else then you may exchange it (if it has been less than 30 days since delivery and your item is NOT WORN or DAMAGED or final sale). Please follow the instructions under "to complete your return."
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you cancel before your item is shipped:
There is no cancellation fee unless you paid via PayPal: you will be refunded your full amount including shipping minus PayPal's transaction fee.
If you wish to cancel after your item is shipped:
There is also no fee, and you may return your item but you will have to pay for your own return shipping once you receive your package. You will need to follow the instructions for returning for a refund above. (You will be refunded for the item, but not shipping).
If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. All items should be sent back using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost.
If your package was delivered incomplete (i.e. it was missing 1+ items you ordered) please note that some items are shipped separately. If you ordered a tank top and a throw pillow, they will be shipped separately. Please email email@example.com if you are unsure and we'll help.
If your package is completely missing (i.e. tracking says delivered but it is not there) we unfortunately cannot refund you. First you must contact the delivery company (USPS, UPS, DHL etc) because it could be held at the post office/UPS store/etc. Second you can email us and we will decide if you qualify for an order replacement. It must meet these criteria:
A) your email comes 15 days (including weekends) after your package was marked delivered.
B) This was your first lost package from us.
Additionally, we can only replace orders up to $100 in value.
Please allow up to 12 business days for shipping. (This means weekends do not count.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Anything returned to us not following these guidelines will be returned to you immediately, and you will be charged for our shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs) enforce something called VAT (Value Added Tax) on all goods imported into the European Union worth more than £15 (approx $23.29).
How this will affect your purchase: You will see that the HMRC will withhold your package and charge you a further duty of 20% VAT (meaning, an additional 20% tax of your total order). Once this is paid, it will be released to you.
We do not have expedited shipping options available at this time, however we do take special requests. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order and before 1pm EST on the day you wish to ship and we will get back to you with a rate and how to check out. Rates are dependent on weight and shipping location. Expedited shipping is not always available but if we confirm via email that we will overnight your package, then expedited shipping will be guaranteed.
